MICHELLE + ERIC

We met up at sunset for Michelle + Eric’s engagement photos at White River West Sno Park and Trillium Lake.

When Michelle + Eric rolled up in their camper van, I knew we were a perfect fit. These two are chill, low-key, and just super genuine people. I liked them immediately. Michelle KILLED it with her outfits—literally exactly what you’d want from a mountain styled shoot. She wore natural dresses, boots, jackets. Eric is clearly a mountain man and I don’t think finding outfits was difficult for him. Michelle and Eric had originally landed on a different location for their engagements, but I had this intense feeling Trillium Lake / White River West Sno Park were the perfect locations for them. I am not sure why. I decided to trust my gut and tell them how I felt. They were fully on-board with listening to my advice and switched their locations. I am so appreciative of them for putting full trust in me.

A little more info about Trillium Lake—it’s a campground and finding parking can be tricky. There is a min parking lot you’ll want to use, then it’s just a quick walk over to the boat ramp. We shot near the boat ramp because it’s the cleanest, clearest shot of Mount Hood. Sometimes I still can’t believe Trillium Lake exists. The view of the lake and Mount Hood seems to align so perfectly, almost like the scene is from some sort of fantasy novel. The lake would make a great elopement location as well. There might be some kind of low reservation fee, but I doubt it’s anything crazy!
